👋 It’s so nice to finally meet you! My name is Pamela Kim, and if you’ve felt the universe pull to bring you closer to me, I’ve felt it too! I’ve come to you from the corporate world, and as a parent of two rowdy boys… well, let’s just say I know how a stressful day can be and I imagine you do too! 🙃

I signed up for yoga teacher training initially to deepen my practice, discovered I enjoyed teaching, and the rest is history. I’m currently specializing in therapeutic yoga (in training at YogaX with Stanford Medicine), but still sub a variety of class formats (vinyasa, gentle, restorative, yin, nidra, and breathwork). I also offer Mat Pilates, Yogalates, TRX yoga, TRX Pilates, and SMFR (self myofascial release) Roll Model® Method classes. And sonic therapy of course! 🎼🎶🎵 You can even schedule a Reiki + marma or tuning fork private session as well! Your girl is also a NASM-CPT.
