What is a Roll Model® Method or TUF class?

Roll Model® Method or TUF Ball classes use Yoga Tune Up Fitness Balls during the class as the main prop. The balls are grippy and pliable and make excellent tools to self-massage. This type of practice is called SMFR (self myo-fasical release). Your body is covered in different types of fascia and this aims to release any sticky stuck or knotted parts so your body can move better.

I usually break down our classes into 4 classes, either 60 minute classes or 90 minute workshops. Through this way, we can really get into the weeds on different parts of our body and learn how to use the balls where you didn’t know you needed it. If I offer a one-time class, you can expect to bring in troubled areas and the class will work with 2 places.
